Creamy Grape Salad
Whenever we have barbecue or a cookout, it’s always nice to have a cool and creamy side salad to accompany the other flavors. This Creamy Grape Salad is a really delicious addition to any meal, and even for a quick and easy snack.

The Ingredients
Here’s what you’ll need to make the Creamy Grape Salad (the exact measurements and full recipe instructions are below in the easy to print recipe card):

Cream cheese – we used regular, full-fat cream cheese, but you could use reduced fat if you prefer.
Sour cream – again, we used and prefer full-fat sour cream for flavor.
Granulated sugar
Vanilla extract
Red seedless grapes – the mixture of red and green grapes makes this salad really pretty! Do be sure to use seedless grapes.
Green seedless grapes
Brown sugar – you can use either dark or light brown sugar. This sprinkled on top of the salad adds texture and flavor.
Pecans – we used toasted pecans.

How to Make Creamy Grape Salad
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla together with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.

Be sure to wash your grapes really well and then dry them. I laid them out and dried them on towels. If the grapes are wet the dressing won’t stick well.
