Beer Cheese Dip

I’m still working on the recipe to get it absolutely perfect, but in the meantime, I recommend checking Costco for the little plastic bucket of soft pretzels or your grocer’s freezer section. We’ve had good luck finding them in both spots.

I’ll be sharing the pretzel bites recipe soon though and I’ll be sure to link it up here when it’s ready. I just want it to be as perfect as this cheese dip! 🙂

INGREDIENTS

▢16 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
▢2 cups shredded cheddar
▢1/3 cup beer
▢1 packet ranch seasoning mix, see note.

INSTRUCTIONS

Add all of the ingredients to a small bowl and stir well to combine.
Serve immediately with crackers, pretzels, or fresh vegetables for dipping.
Store tightly covered in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

TIPS & NOTES:

We like Hidden Valley products in our house, but take note that the seasoning and salad dressing mix has half the sodium of the dip mix. We prefer the bolder flavor of the dip packet, but if you’re sensitive to salt you may opt for the seaoning and salad dressing packet.
