We’re all seriously obsessed with this cheesy beer dip.
How to make our beer cheese dip recipe:
It doesn’t get much easier than this 4 ingredient beer dip!
You’ll need:
cream cheese
cheddar cheese
beer
ranch seasoning
Add all of the ingredients to a small bowl and stir to combine until smooth and creamy.
Serve immediately with crackers, pretzels, or fresh veggies!
HELPFUL TIP!
Serve it hot or cold!
If you want to serve this warm you can keep it on low in a crockpot. If you just want to heat it up once real quick, you can warm it in a pot stirring frequently.
The beer:
Okay, look…I actually hate beer. I don’t think it tastes good, but I do like it mixed in things like beer cheese bread, drunken beans, slow cooker chili, and this fab beer cheese dip!
I just grab whatever beer my husband has in the fridge when I’m cooking with it and I think it’s delicious.
He tends to have pale ale or pilsner on hand.
For a stronger flavor, go with an IPA or darker ale.
(Let’s be real – I don’t speak beer and had to have my husband dictate all those beer-y descriptions to me above. I apologize if I sound like an idiot.)
